Since our exercise sessions were suddenly interrupted last March, due to the Covid-19 pandemic, activity leaders will be at the Ste-Cécile church on Monday, September 21 to allow members to collect items left in the basement.At the same time, we will inform you when we plan to resume our Viactive sessions, all the while abiding by health guidelines.

Transportation Exhibit and Community Mural Project

Weekends, September 5 to October 18, 2020
We are pleased to offer new exhibitions in both Fairbairn House itself and the Heritage Barn.

We invite you to visit our newest exhibition, Waterways, Railways and Roadways – Transportation in the Gatineau Valley , opening in September in the Heritage Barn. This exhibition, which was developed by local historians, shows how the Gatineau Valley pioneer trails turned into rails of steel within a century. Follow us on our journey over water, rails, and roads! We will welcome you on site to enjoy our new exhibit as well as our transportation-themed community mural. Please wear a mask and maintain social distancing.
