COVID-19: Municipal Office Closures and Service Availability

In accordance with Quebec government directives dated January 6, 2021, municipal offices remain closed to the public until February 8, 2021, inclusively. While most municipal employees are working from home, municipal services are still available by telephone (819 456-2161), emailand through the Voilà! citizen portal ( lapeche.appvoila.com).

Also, the public have access to the vestibule at the entrance to City Hall. A mailbox is installed there for the deposit of various documents, as well as a telephone device to contact the reception and manage access if necessary.

For any bill payment, you are encouraged to use your electronic banking services or by cheque (sent by mail or deposited in the mailbox in the vestibule of the municipal office).

The La Pêche Sports Complex also remain closed until February 8, 2021. Only the Desjardins Hall will continue to host La Lanterne, which is an essential service. Additional instructions will follow.

Libraries are offering contactless loan service according to a specific schedule. They are also working to provide workspaces for students in accordance with government guidelines. More information will follow.
