The RénoRégion program provides financial assistance to low or modest-income owner-occupant in rural areas for work to correct major defects in their home. The Société d’habitation du Québec (SHQ) covers the costs of the RénoRégion Program.

The SHQ administers the program and delegates application at the local level to regional county municipalities (RCM) and specified municipalities.
